(Friends Against Bullying) Club Book
When Jake, Ravi, Ruth and Toby get tired of the bullies at their school, they form a club to stand up to bullying. FAB (Friends Against Bullying) Club is the story of how a group of children act together to defeat the bullies and have a lot of fun in the process.
The book is an action-packed read for ages 8-12 and is heavily-illustrated with cartoons throughout.
FAB Club is available from booksellers worldwide, including Amazon, where you can see lots of sample chapters for free. You can also get free sample chapters of the book and a lot more, by scrolling down to sign up to the newsletter.
Alex Hallatt has been entertaining kids with her cartoons and writing for over 15 years. Her comic strip, Jack & Joni and the Time-Travelling Shed appears regularly in CSIRO’s science magazine for kids, Double Helix. She co-wrote and illustrated the first books about Oddieworld, a series of stories about what happens to the odd socks that get lost in washing machines. FAB Club is her first chapter book for children.Alex was bullied at school, but found her friends and is now happy to be following the first three rules of FAB Club (though she is breaking Rule Number 6 a lot). FAB Club is the book she would have liked to have read as a kid.
